It's normal to feel nervous about being with people you don't know (yet). I’m careful to craft the spaces I facilitate with your experience in mind. Coming together to learn and seek support can feel incredibly vulnerable, and I take that into account in the pacing, format and group agreements that the meetups are centered around. While I can’t promise safety or comfort, I am intentional about how we come together.
The Virtual Partner Meetups are designed to ease you into the process as painlessly as possible. We'll begin by establishing group agreements that center confidentiality, consent, non-judgment, and respect. You won't be expected to share anything you don't want to share or act any way that's not authentic to you. In fact, you'll be encouraged to move slowly and intentionally, building relationships with other partners you feel drawn to through structured and facilitated conversations. Who knows? You may just meet someone you actually want to talk to outside of the meetup.
And if building community with other partners isn't why you're here, you'll still get a lot out of the video lessons, handouts, worksheets and resource list.
